None of these worked/were relevant. Waited on the line 20+ minutes but no one answered. Terrible customer service

Hi @matthewc3, we have identified a fault on the line, thus we have raised your concern to our wholesale partner Telstra who has committed to send a technician to fix the issue.

I've tried all the standard fixes. Can you see if there's a fault on our line too?
