Get online support
Recently installed Sagemcom 5G modem, have logged onto web console and am trying to access LAN settings so I can change them. Select page, get a 'Please Wait' flashing for around 60 seconds and then a 404 Not Found error. Any idea's on what may be causing this?

Yes the service is working. I am trying to access the LAN/DHCP settings of the modem. Every time I try to access the page it says 'Please Wait' and then after around 60 seconds shows a 404 Not Found page.

I have tried multiple devices, multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge) on each device and also icognito/inPrivate modes in the browsers as well. I have even tried on mobile phone and have same issue.
I want to change the LAN config to match my current one prior to NBN being disconnected, so is pretty improtant that I can do this. Thanks

Can you please PM us with your TPG customer ID and preferred callback time? I'll have a tech specialist to ring you and see if there's a need to replace the modem that you have there.
