Scheduled outage

I recieved a messaged for scheduled outage at premises 14/7/2021. Can this please be postponed a few weeks as I have 2 children remote schooling next week with the NSW lockdown and 1 is in year 12 and about to sit final exams.

TPG do not have control with the maintenance perform by our 3rd party carries, scheduled requires to the area to ensure the quality of the service infrastracture.
