Sending and receiving emails during outage

During the outage I could send but not receive emails. When I logged on this morning I received mails but then found that I cannot send mails to those without a tpg address. I get the message “The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: 550 5.7.1". Interested if any else is hving same issue?

Are you still experiencing issues sending emails to a non TPG email address? If yes, please send me a PM with the lists of the email address that you are unable to send an email. We'd like to look into it further.
