Hi there,

 

Can someone please contact me to help resolve this issue with sending emails. I have reset password and it doesn't resolve the issue.

 

I am able to send emails using webmail.

Welcome to the community!

 

I would love to help and get to the bottom of this, please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the affected e-mail address and we will raise this to our postmaster for further investigation.
