Service cancellation

Hi , the 14th of February I tried to cancel my service using the online form under myaccount page.
I didn't receive any confirmation email and this 21st of March I've been charged again.
I tried to call the support and I was told to send an email to cancel@tpg.com.au
but it's impossible to send an email there because I get this :
write error: FAILED_PRECONDITION: write error (0): error
and the enail doesn't go trough.
I moved house a month ago and I am still paying for a service I'm not using and seems very hard to cancel.
