we have just recently reconnected our TPG service and the internet is still not working after setting up and paying yesterday. Can someone please help me set this up?

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details.
It showed that you are subscribed to the NBN FTTC service. Recent update also indicated that a NCD has been requested to be sent.
The Case Manager assigned should be in touch regarding the progress of the installation of your service.
