Slow 5g internet

Hi there. The 5G internet is average at best most days, averaging 20-30 kbps but there are a few nights per month where it is extremely slow, as per pic and it’s actually been even less than that for the whole evening, night. Been happening from day one upon connection. Not impressed at all.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Have you tried relocating the modem/router?

Have you tried to reboot or reset?

Did you test the speed via Wired for comparison?

Yes, I’ve moved the router on several occasions and reset to no avail.
It just seems to be troublesome on specific nights during the month but otherwise ok. Can’t help feel that the 5G network might be overwhelmed on certain nights through lack of towers or similar.

My 5g is extremely slow ! .9 mbps
It’s barely moving and I’ve done everything that has been recommended
Any suggestions as to why this is happening ?

I’m hearing you loud and clear.
It’s pathetic actually, considering my cell phone averages download speeds between 80 and 200 on the Telstra 5G network. How is It possible that I cannot achieve the 100 mbps ( or even half that) speeds that TPG advertise?
