Hi,
I signed up 5G home broadband premium online on and the order was accepted on 12/12/22.
Now a week has passed and the order status is still "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch", despite numerous calls to customer service and "escalations".
I was wondering what is the usual turnaround for modem dispatch and whether it can be shipped asap as I don't want to spend Xmas and new year without internet...

the modem is not dispatched yet eight days after the order was accepted and an incorrect device was posted to me. Despite more than 10 calls and PMs the issue is not resolved.
