Slow ADSL2 Sync speeds

Hi Guys,

I've been experienceing slow sync speeds for the last 3-4 days,
I'm currently synced at 2254kbps, however my usual speed is up around 12000kbps.

I've tried rebooting the modem, swapping the filter,  jiggling the cable. EVERYTHING!
Could some please do a line test and see if there are any issues please.
