We change a new moderm but it's not working.

On the huawei modern WAN status page, the connection status says"PendingDisconnect".

And the moderm ADSL light and the internet light is off.

I've tried restarting the modem and Restore Default Settings but nothing different.

We understand that you were able to speak with our Tech team, but the connection is still not working.

 

They were trying to contact you as well for further troubleshooting, but you were unreachable. Do you have any preferred time for them to try again?

 

Also, what is the brand and model of the new modem that you have? Is it compatible with your NBN service?

 

Please provide us more information in order for us to analyze the issue and provide resolution.
