I've managed to check your account using your Community details and have seen that the line speed you are getting is within range based on your distance from the local exchange. You are approximately 4kms away and the acceptable range of speed with this kind of distance is between 1.5 - 2Mbps.
Furthermore, I've seen that the modem has been connected for more than a month now. I would recommend to have it rebooted at least once in a while as it would also help improve the performance of the equipment. I have also refreshed the connection on our end to help improve the speed.
