Get online support
Relative new installation of a new business grade HFC. Not able to get resonable speed using TPG's own speed test. This is suppose to be a business grade 100Mbs speed tier. The installation team just wanted to close the call stating the results are satisfactory. The max DL observed is in the high 60s via Syd. As seen in the screen cap some days it just sits around 30Mbs. Where to from here?
