How do I get help from someone. I tired calling TPG tech support but told via a recorded message that phone help has been suspended and to do a live chat online but have tried for well over an hour with no luck what so ever!!
I am trying to work from home and my connection to my work network is continually dropping out.
My IT manager say the dropouts happen when there is a reduction in internet speed, can you help?
I've done a speed test which gave a miserable result...download 10.7mbps and upload of 1.1mbps.
