My internet suddenly stopped working yesterday morning. I contacted TPG help line which was of no help still no interent, said it was my modem which they replaced only about 4 months ago...all the lights on it are on as they should be but still nothing. Checked the status and there are no outages or planned maintenence in my area. Can someone please help I need the internet for work...wasted a whole day yesterday!!

I am trying to work from home and I keep getting dropped out of my work network when speaking with my IT manager he said that if my internet speed drops that it will happen. I've done a speed check and it was 10.7 mbps download and 0.9 mbps upload!! Can someone help??

How do I get help from someone. I tired calling TPG tech support but told via a recorded message that phone help has been suspended and to do a live chat online but have tried for well over an hour with no luck what so ever!! I am trying to work from home and my connection to my work network is continually dropping out. My IT manager say the dropouts happen when there is a reduction in internet speed, can you help? I've done a speed test which gave a miserable result...download 10.7mbps and upload of 1.1mbps.
