I am a government employee currently working from home (customer ID 6637004) and not getting the bandwidth required to conduct successful video conferencing with severe lag times being experienced. This in turn can mean I have to exit from important meetings.
There are only two people in the household but I have paid for a large and busy household. I have done the speed test and the results were: Download 5.6Mbps and Upload 10.3Mbps. This is nowehere near what I could expect during the peal periods as advertised. I note more people would be using the service during the day but this is still far short of what I am paying for.
Please investigate and correct ASAP and let me know when this has been done. All my contact details have previously been provided. I prefer, in this instance, for you to call me.
