Slow NBN 50 speed

I have had the NBN50 plan since March 2020 and we have never got the 50mgps we are paying for. We are using the TPG provided modem. The very best we have received is 30mgps and the average is the mid 20's.
I have attached a screenshot using the TPG speed test. That was run on Sunday morning when you would expect low traffic. Can tpg please address this issue and increase the speed to the contracted level.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.

The modem is also getting a good sync speed. The information about the speed was sent via Email last 29 March 2020.


We are not able to see any attached picture or file on your post. However, are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? You may check the article that we've created to troubleshoot a 'Slow speed issue'.
