Hi TPG
I have upgraded my service to superfast 200Mbps a few weeks ago however there has been no improvement in speed and I have consistently experienced worse performance than previously, regularly dropping off video conferences due to inadquate speed. I have undertaken several speed tests and regularly get 30-50Mps download and 15-20 upload - the latest test undertaken today at 11.59 today has been attached. Please help me get speeds that are somewhere near those advertised
