Slow Upload Speed

Is this upload speed normal? Seems very slow to me. Is there anything I can do to improve it? Making work very slow for me.....

If you have the nbn12 plan which is configured with the 1Mbps upload speed, then that's normal. If you require a faster upload speed, you can easily upgrade to higher speed plan.

You may also check out Slow speed issue article which will help you in troubleshooting your connection. If you need further help, send us a private message with your customer ID or username so we can take a closer look at your account.

Do you know if there is a link somewhere that specifies the upload speeds for each plan?

I just had a quick look and couldnt find anything referencing upload speeds.

@whizzplank1974 The upload speed of each plan is not indicated in the website but here's the plan configuration for reference.

• nbn12/1
• nbn25/5
• nbn50/20
• nbn100/20
• nbn200/25
• nbn250/50

It shows that you are under the NBN12 speed tier, which explain the speed that you are getting.

If you want to get more than 1 Mbps Upload speed, then you may upgrade to the NBN25 or NBN50 speed tier.
