hi , home internet nbn keeps dropping out consistantly over past 3 days
have tried to rest modem but same issue keeps occuring. very frustraing.
have tested the connection and it said 12.55mbps

The 12.55Mbps you're getting with the speed test is considered passing speed since the service plan is on NBN12.
