An unplanned outage in Mernda, VIC for the past 17 hours since 6pm on the 13 Jan 2021. We heavily depend on our day to day work via internet especially this COVID period. TPNG has no courtesy to update the current status and it simply says the restoration would be back 12 AM today which is now 11.30 hours passed and no further updates given. What a shame.
