I'm exeriencing extremely slow download speeds and the Internet connection is dropping out intermittently. Over the past few weeks I've tested download speeds using the TPG speedtest, this has shown upload speeds of between 1.3 and 2 mbps and limited to no upload speeds.
These speeds make the service next to useless when trying to stream video or upload images from my phone to the cloud.
Can a TPG representative contact me to resolve this issue?
I ran initial tests on your connection and it shows no line fault were found, however the line is not getting a passing speed. There is a possibility that it caused by modem/router cabling to the wall socket. What troubleshooting have you done so far? I would like to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for further test and investigation.
