Slow connection

I am not getting full bandwidth internet connection, my plan is 50 mb but iam getting only 40,42 and it is not stable, and sometimes it disconnects automatically,

Internet speeds indicated are maximum theoretical speeds only.

We understand that this isn't the type of speed you were expecting however, actual throughput speeds may be slower and could vary due to many factors including number of users, type/source of being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by TPG.
