Slow internet (NBN 100)

I got 30mbps download speed yesterday midnight, and this morning i reboot my router, i test again, i got 40mbps download speed, now i shutdown my router for 2 minute, now nearly 50mbps. But my plan is NBN 100.
And my upload speed always around 30mbps. 

Please help me.

@Xysuo How did they resolve the internet speed? Did you get it working faster after speaking with a technician? My speeds are similar to yours.
