Slow internet NBN50, fortnightly dropouts

The average internet speeds for our NBN50 plan is far below the advertised. During the day we have download speeds of 25mbps, and upload speeds of 14mbps. The speeds should average at least 50mbps for my NBN50 plan. During the evening, we get WORSE speeds, when we should be getting 42.6mbps as advertised. In the evening it gets as bad as download speeds of 10mbps, and upload 12 mbps. I would like someone to look into this and fix our speeds for the Fast (NBN50) plan. We also have internet disconnections every 2-3 weeks for usually an hour.
