Get online support

No internet and no support on phone or online

Level 2
I have no home internet connection all day and need to work from home.
I can’t get technical support through phone or chat
Basically there’s no information and no help
I’ve tried the usual turn on/off check cables and nbn outages checked
Anyone have any advice or info??
