Hi there,
This morning, I upgraded my FTTP connection from 10Mbps to 100Mbps. I got an email that the change has been implemented but my connection speed is still less than 9Mbps.
Can you please investigate and fix the speed issue.

We've managed to locate your account and it appears that the Change of plan that was processed was from NBN XXL bundle 12/1 to NBN SL bundle 12/1, which means that the speed will be the same.

We understand that you've recently upgraded your plan to NBN50 speed tier, which runs within specification.
