Hey how are you going Smiley Happy


We have recently instaled ADSL2 Plus in our home and during peak hours, our internet is really slow and nearly unusable.


Some help would be great!

Thanks for sending me your details. I ran initial tests on your service and it shows connected for 7h 15m getting a passing speed on the line.


On which device(s) you experience speed issue?


To identify the exact speed you're getting on the line; please run a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet Cable and post the screen shot of the test result for additional reference.
