Slow internet speed averaging 25bps SHOULD BE GETTING 200bps

This is extremely frustrating. Yet again we are not getting the speed we were told.

 

1. have reset the modem - FAIL

2. Powered off/on modem - FAIL

3. Connected laptop via brand new Ethernet cable - FAIL

 

We are currently working remotely from home and I have children studying VCE and final UnI year with exams.

 

this is not good enough!

 

You have 48 hours to rectify this or I refer the matter to the Telco Ombudsman

My very first modem was faster than that. 1200bps down and 75bps up for that lovely ascii porn or 300bps/300bps to shoot my mate down in Falcon.
