What speed are you currently getting via wired and wireless connection? Does this happen all the time? or is there a specific time of the day?
May I ask you to check the community articles below as it may be of help to you?
Please turn off the modem/router for 30 seconds, then turn it back on before you troubleshoot in order to start fresh.
