Slow internet speed

I just relocated my service from Mentone to Noblepark, the speed is unbearable checking the map am only 3-4 km away from the exchange. The speed is slow and wait for hour on the line last few day and cannot get any support. This is frustrating!

We are sorry to know that you are having difficulty with the speeds you were receiving.

I was able to locate your account details using your community details and seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians yesterday and performed basic troubleshooting. Finding shows a possible line fault and a multiple dropouts on the line causing slow connection.

This has been raised to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation. We'll chase this up; updates will be provided by one of our Engineers.
