Anyone else having issues with their internet around Melbourne?
Im just about done with this company.
We have had nothing but issues since we signed up almost a year ago now. we call and it starts working for about a week. weve had technicians out, lines looked at, junction boxes checked, cables out front of property checked and the internet has been running perfectly for the last 2-3 weeks but this week it has gone down to 1mpbs, we have no cap and support is useless and causing nothing but frustration. Thinking its time to go elsewhere as TPG cannot resolve the issues and this slow internet is so bad.
