Slow nbn

  • Through our Wi-Fi we are receiving about 40 Mb per second, to iPad and iPhone,but can't seem to download anything, seems very very very slow. Any help appreciated

Thanks for raising this with us! 

 

I've located the account using your Community details and has ran a remote line test. This shows no physical issue on the line.
