Hi,
It seems I'm having similar issues to a lot of people. Slow speed and dropouts on the wired connection (pc) and obviously very poor wireless connectivity due to that. If someone could check this out and confirm if there's any issue, that would be great. The connection was fine a week ago.

We were able to locate the account and was not able to detect any issues on the copper network, but it seems there's an issue with the service.
We've escalated the case to our Engineering team for further investigation. They'll be in touch using the phone number that is saved on the account.
