I'm not too sure when this begun as I first noticed it during a series of TPG network issues (planned maintance or otherwise) but my download speeds have dropped from about 45 megabytes per second to being unable to push past 11 megabytes per second.
Power cycling the modem hasn't resolved the issues.
Secondary issue that may or may not be related, I am unable to perform a service test on my account as it reports back "currently unavailable (system error)" and has been that way for several days.
