Slow upload speed NBN50

I just switched to the NBN50 plan and the download increase has just kicked in which is roughly double what I was achieving on my old plan but the upload has stayed exactly the same. Refer attached screenshot of speedtest output.

Thanks for raising this to our attention.

We've tested the line and it shows that the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.

It is getting a Downstream of 46 Mbps and Upstream of 10.96 Mbps.

Did you test the speed via Wired or WiFi connection?

If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

Hi @BasilDV 

The screenshot was taken from a Wifi 5GHz connection but I have performed multiple tests from different machines connected via Ethernet (directly to the TPG router) or Wifi with no real difference. I have never managed to get anything above 4.6 Mbps.
