We are paying for NBN cable 50. Deployed in our area 2 months back.
We are trying to work work from home using NBN. It is regularly freezing up and we are losing connections Just did a speed test. .7 down and .1 up.
http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/f11ad890-718c-11ea-a360-298849facc51I have also tried to change the channel for 2.4 band on the TPG supplied model and while I see the channel (set as auto) on advanced options it is not editable (I don't think this is our issue as I did the test on a 5 connection) but I would like to rule out this issue
Where do I go from here? If this is hiw NBN is then we need to go bacj to ADSL.
