Not happy someone some tech was supposed to phone me tonight to help me with outlook still waitng for the phone call . Looking at changing providers, Not happy Jan.

They weren't able to make your Outlook to work, but the email was working fine using the Thunder bird email client.

If you wish to use the Outlook client, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
