Spam email

I have just noticed that there are spam emails in my TPG Post Office but they do not get downloaded to my junk email folder.  Most of them are not junk so I want to receive them.  How can I make sure I receive them?

Since the Emails are received via Post Office, you need to check the settings on your mail client in order to make sure that they are being downloaded.

You may check with your third party mail client support or provide us further details for us to help you.
