Hi TPG Team,
Looking for help to get the speed boost of 200Mbps avg speed activated, my offer was meant to start from 09/03/21, until 09/09/21. I've restarted & power drained my modem (N300) and NBN.
Currently my speed is unchanged from NBN 50 speeds.

Hi. I have the same issue. I called tech support a couple of weeks back but still getting around 50mps. I did all that I was asked to do but still no change, unless 50 is all I can expect on the 200 tier?
