Speed Issue Ultrafast

Hi, I took up Ultrafast offer on 30/08/21.

My speed is currently around 95/35.

I rang TPG, reset modem as per instructions, speed went up to 480/45, but as I got off the phone my fourth speedtest went back to 95/35, double checked on TPG Speedtest still 95/35.

What gives ?

I had no problems during the 6 month trial,often hitting over 900mps download speeds.

I have FTTP and hard wired Ethernet connection.
