Speed not as advertised, should I continue with TPG?

I am working full time 8-5 everyday, by the time I use internet, I've never had the speed as advertised (my contract is 100Mbps, but I always have slow speed less than 50Mbps, mostly 10-30Mbps, I used to have fast speed as advertised when I just signed the contract (:  now it's all gone, Should I continue with TPG? pay the money for that slow speed?
