To TPG,

 

Have had drastically reduced speeds (3mb download 0.1mb upload) for the last 48 hours.

 

I use my internet to work from home and hence need this to be addressed urgently.

Hi @bingsta,

 

We understand that you were able to contact our Tech team and the case was escalated to our Engineering team as they've detected a fault within the copper network.

 

The fault was reported to Telstra and we were advised that they've booked a technician to look into your service on or before the 14th of May.

 

Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer once available.
