Speedboost terminated early?

Hi,

I got an email back in early March advising that my speed was going to be boosted for 6 months. I checked and indeed it was, a superb 900/45 type of speed almost all the time.

I have not relocated or changed my plan in any way, and for the last week it has been at 80/40. Has this boost been terminated or is there something that can be done. Had to admit I was considering paying for an upgrade, but only if it did not suffer problems.

Already done the usual reboot stuff.

This issue is now resolved. The phone tech talked me through a proper reset of the NBN arris box, involving holding down the button for 10 seconds. All good after this. Thanks for all the help.
