The NBN outtage is resolved in my address, but there is still no internet.
For NBN box, the power light is on, the downstream light is flashing and no other lights.
I have tried to reboot the NBN box and modem multiple time but it still does not work.
Called the service telephone number and waited for hours but no one answers.
Can someone advise and help?
Lodge dispute with Telecomunications industry ombudsman online. It is free and they will charge tpg for there service. Don forget to ask for refunds for the days you did not have any internet. We all need to make tpg Pay.
