Still no internet

I emailed today with photos still no answer here are the photos, not sure why this is so hard when it was originally set up for Marina Reedy on mobile +61 401 179 216, but the moved out and had disconnected and reconnected at their new address in Elizabeth st Melbourne, but I did not take anything out of the wall, surely it just needs reconnected under my name the tpg is VR1600V - all lights are on the nbn and the wan light is on the modem

Hi AnnettReynolds,

 

I see you have been dealing with other representative, however have you tried to set up the current modem with your credentials?.

On NBN HFC the link is unique, so other credentials will not work.
