Cancelling / Moving Plan

I am moving house, but won't be moving into a new property for 2 months. 

Am I best cancelling my current account due to this?

If so, please let me know how I can do this as I can't see online where I can do this and the chat / phone support isn't working / always busy.

If you logon to "My Account", do you see an option "Moving Home"?

Hi David I do,

But after clicking on moving home I can't see a section where I can choose an installation date.

Will I have this choice after the application is made, as I don't want to cut off the services of the person currently occupying the new house.

Don't really know how it works once you click the link at end of step 3. You'd think they would have thought of that. Maybe leave it until a bit closer. 

Do you know whether nbn is at the new house?
