Still not connected

Hi Manuel, after waiting for a replacement modem from tpg (arrived today) I still can’t connect, is there a way to check if my NBN network connection box is working? I’ve had 2 new modems now and still can’t connect, can only think NBN network connection box isn’t working. What is the fastest I can get a technician out to check my set up?
