Still waiting to be called back to reset my slave email account password. Its been 24 hours now.

Are you able to try and reset or change your password for your slave account?

Just noting it here that the tech support contacted me and i appreciate the willingness to assist. However, can they please be advised that RESETTING the password of the MAIN account does not reset the passwords of the slave accounts? I had done it before and done it again as suggested by support. I was hoping to be proven wrong but, I wasn't.

Resetting the main TPG account should not affect the Slave E-mail Logins, we'd like to take a look into this could you send us a PM with your details so we can coordinate this with our Technical Support Team.
