Internet keep dropping below 2mps

Hi there, the internet is flucturating in speed today which makes it hard to work from home. 

Its usually around 23mps and when testing goes below 2mps at times 

Can someone check if there is something going on?

Upon checking, your modem is currently detecting a sync speed of 42Mbps from the line which you can confirm when you log in to your modem's user interface. It appears that the problem is getting the result to show up on your devices.
